Rhythm Encounter x Train Station at 8 Podcast Crossover
Two podcast crews team up to discuss exploration themes.
05.04.14 - 11:18 AM

If you just can't get enough Rhythm Encounter, you'll be pleased by our recent collaboration with fellow VGM podcast Train Station at 8. Rhythm regulars Stephen Meyerink and Derek Heemsbergen (hey, that's me!) were graciously invited to appear on the latest episode of Train Station at 8 to discuss exploration music in games. While the episode isn't 100% focused on RPGs, we couldn't help but reference many of our favorite titles, from Chrono Cross to Wild Arms and many things between. Effervescent hosts Stephen Kelly and Bryan Kelly led a snappy dialogue about what makes exploration themes effective, how we might change some of our most memorable tunes, and more.

You can access a synopsis and the full episode on Train Station at 8's website, subscribe to them on iTunes, or follow them on Twiter. (We suggest all of the above.)
