Wilbell And A Homunculus Will Be Playable In Atelier Shallie
Check them out in all new screenshots!
05.21.14 - 2:57 AM

Atelier fans can rejoice as Atelier Ayesha's and Escha & Logy's Wilbell will be one of the playable characters in the trilogy finale, Atelier Shallie: Alchemists of the Dusk Sea. Though silly and scatterbrained in past titles, in this game she is looking for a way to become an adult and mature. Wilbell will tutor Shallotte during the course of the adventure.

In more surprising news, it seems a Homunculus will join the main party of Atelier Shallie. Known as Homura, the Hounculus has a sweet temperament and enjoys sugary treats. He employs ancient sword techniques in battle and is quick witted (which seems to be a theme amongst the primary characters), but can come across as smug, acting glib and aloof around humans.

Atelier Shallie: Alchemists of the Dusk Sea will be available in Japan on July 17th for the PlayStation 3. There is no word on a western release yet. We have a number of new screenshots though, and you can check them out in the gallery below.
