Take a Closer Look at Xenoblade Chronicles X
43 minutes of footage on the upcoming Wii U JRPG!
06.14.14 - 4:52 PM

During E3, the members of Nintendo Treehouse, a group made up of Nintendo of America's Product Development division, played tons of Xenoblade Chronicles X to showcase the title and provide information regarding the game itself.

During the video they touch on everything from monster variety to game mechanics and setting. While a bit light on plot details, the video does start off by stating that this title will only be a spiritual successor to Xenoblade Chronicles. However, they do note that mankind is on the brink of extinction and needs to rally its forces for survival. Players can already take in the myriad of different settings and abilities available to them right from the start, as well as the fact that, at the very end, we learn we're actually in America!

Xenoblade Chronicles X is still in development for the Wii U. We'll keep on the lookout for more details as they surface.
