Oreshika: Tainted Bloodlines Will Only Be Released Digitally in Europe
North Americans will still see both physical and digital copies.
07.21.14 - 3:04 AM

According to Sony Computer Entertainment's President of Worldwide Studios, Shuhei Yoshida on Twitter, Oreshika: Tainted Bloodlines will be a download-only title in Europe (and, by extension, Australia and other PAL territories).

When questioned on Twitter why, what Yoshida calls "big titles," won't see a physical release, he only replies that he "hope[s] people will find a way to download these titles." He continues in his defence that "SCEE and SCEA make independent decisions on these matters."

For players (like me) in those regions who prefer a physical release, don't forget that the Vita is region free.

No release date has been announced for the upcoming PlayStation Vita title yet.
