New Atelier Rorona on 3DS Gets Some New Screenshots
For all your chibi Alchemic needs!
12.29.14 - 3:34 AM

New Atelier Rorona, a remake of the first game in the Arland series of Atelier games featuring chibi character models, was recently announced for the Nintendo 3DS in Japan. Now you can take a first look at the game in all it's adorable glory, with a new collection of screenshots, some of which you can sample below.

Long-time fans may notice from the above screens that the battle system has undergone a change in this new version. New Atelier Rorona's battles take place on a grid, a change made in order to make it easier to control your party members, as well as see the range of different attacks.

New Atelier Rorona: Origin Story of the Alchemist of Arland also features an 'Atelier Astrid' mode, which unlocks after certain conditions are met and delves into the history of Astrid and Sterk. You can see the rest of these new images in our new gallery. The game will be released in Japan on March 26th.
