Wild Arms Creators Want to Continue the Series
Don't toy with me...
02.01.15 - 7:12 PM

In a recent stream-cast hosted by Sony, Kentaro Motomura, one of the producers of the Wild Arms series, read a letter from series creator Akifumi Kaneko. Kaneko wrote that:

"No matter how small it gets, I intend to keep the flame alive for the Wild Arms series and right now I'm working on my own in the shadows on things. I know it's not exactly what all of the fans are hoping to hear per se, but your responses to today's broadcast will help make that flame bigger and put some winds in my sails, I believe. I remain as grateful as can be for all the love and support Wild Arms continues to get even in 2015, but I think for now, I better end it on that note."

Afterwards, Motomura also expressed a desire to revive the series, noting that the studio had never pronounced it dead.

We will keep you apprised of any new developments in the Wild Arms universe, but for now fans at least have something to hope for.
