For many, an important aspect of choosing what platform to play a game on is how impressive its visuals are. Thankfully, we have some answers on how Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin will look on various platforms when it releases later this year.

It has been confirmed that the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions will run at 60 frames per second in 1080p and as is evident in the images above, the next-gen consoles versions will have upgraded lighting, textures and cinematic filters.

Watch the video below and you can draw your own conclusions on what your favorite version will be. The retail release of Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin is scheduled for April 7th in North America and April 3rd in Europe.
