It's Lightning in your hands.

After delaying the launch of mobile streaming for Final Fantasy XIII and Final Fantasy VII International, Square Enix announced that service for Final Fantasy XIII is now available in Japan. iOS and Android users can stream the game through Finnish cloud gaming provider "G-cluster Technology," though Square Enix recommends a connection of 3 Mbps or higher for optimal service.

In addition, Final Fantasy XIII is available for download on mobile devices. The full game costs 2000 yen but the first 30 minutes are free.
