New English Tales of Zestiria Trailer Introduces Characters and Story
Learn how to pronounce Sorey's name.
04.16.15 - 6:14 PM

Although the Japanese market has had Tales of Zestiria for a few months now, a Western release is still a ways off. In order to tide us over until then, Bandai Namco has released a new English trailer that explores the essential premise and characters of the new fantasy JRPG. The story follows a young adventurer named Sorey as he takes up a quest to become the "Shepard," a legendary savior, to unite humans and seraphim and banish the evil Hellions plaguing the land. The game is set in a new fantasy world and draws inspiration from classic literature, particularly Arthurian legend. Combat will flow seamlessly from the field and characters will be able to fuse together to take on powerful enemies. Bandai Namco has promised Japanese and English voice-overs with subtitles in English, French, and Spanish. Check out the trailer below:

Tales of Zestiria comes out in the West this Fall on the PlayStation 3. Until then you can check out our updated gallery.
