For Xeno-anything fans, December 4th can't come soon enough. That's the date that Xenoblade Chronicles X finally makes its English-language debut. Like the first title, X is developed by the Nintendo-owned MonolithSoft, making this the RPG to have on the otherwise RPG-light Wii U. If you haven't been following the game much and wonder what the fuss is about, part of your answer is right here:

There's more to it than just gorgeous world design, but there's also some gorgeous world design here, teeming with massive beasts to battle and quests to embark upon. The customization of your mecha - here called Skells - seems fairly extensive, down to custom paint jobs, such as this one that seems to be inspired by Nintendo's own Samus Aran:
