North American Release of Dragon Quest VII Coming 'Later' in 2016
First we had 'summer,' now we have 'later.'
03.03.16 - 11:40 PM

Nintendo took some time out of their latest Direct to highlight the upcoming Dragon Quest VII: Fragments of the Forgotten Past remake for 3DS. Although it was great to see the game receive some attention and marketing push, it was disappointing to see its release window changed from "summer" 2016 to "later" 2016. Dragon Quest VII: Fragments of the Forgotten Past for the 3DS has been a long awaited title because many fans never played the original on the PlayStation but this new version, with better graphics and a revamped localization is looking great. Akira Toriyama's art style looks amazing and it has got to be one of the best looking 3DS games I have ever seen. We will keep you posted as we learn more about Dragon Quest VII: Fragments of the Forgotten Past. And, don't forget that we also have the 3DS version of Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King to look forward to.
