When they talk about things that need no introduction, the Pokémon games that started the series must be included, so I'll say very little here.

As you probably know, Nintendo recently re-released Pokémon Red, Blue, and Yellow as downloadable 3DS titles, tweaked just enough to take advantage of modern technology for trades, but not enough to remove beloved glitches like Missingno.
