Despite not being featured on the show floor, Nintendo still brought us a bevy of media and information on the next console Paper Mario title, Paper Mario: Color Splash, including a release date! Along with this, we have a nice selection of new media, from colorful screenshots like this one:

I don't even... I don't know where to begin. I just don't. Even without the out of place and adult themes implied, this Shy Guy is still consuming the helpless Toad, and ensuring that I do not sleep tonight. Join me in my suffering.

Uh, and look for Paper Mario: Color Splash for Wii U on October 7 in both North America and Europe. In the meantime, play something a little happier, like Dark Souls III.
