Persona 5 Event Teases Seven New Announcements
Atlus, I have my money ready for you.
07.15.16 - 3:34 AM

Niconico's home page is running a takeover advertisement campaign for Atlus' Persona 5 Premium Event. The event is scheduled for July 19th at the Tokyo National Museum and will be live streamed starting at 19:30 JST (check here for your time). The official website has also been updated with a countdown timer and seven mini-countdown timers for each announcement.

The left side of the takeover, which features the protagonist, reads "Take the treasure from the Tokyo National Museum." The right side of the banner, which features recently revealed party member Goro Akechi, says "Seven new announcements!! Preliminary Investigation File."

With Persona 5's Japanese release coming soon, it is likely that these announcements have some very interesting information on the highly anticipated RPG.

After a long wait, Persona 5 will be released in Japan on September 15th for PS4 and PS3 and on February 14th in the Americas. A European release is planned via publisher Deep Silver, but a release date has yet to be announced. Check out our screenshot gallery for a look at the game!
