The Games, Boards, Cards, and More of Origins Game Fair 2017
Our board game duo returns with a look at this year's event.
07.13.17 - 8:06 PM

After enjoying the sights, sounds, and tabletops of the Origins Game Fair in 2016, we expected Bob and Luna would be returning this year to cover the show again.

Luckily for us all, they once again put their heads together and came up with a three-part feature for Origins Game Fair 2017:

  • BetaBotz Update: A followup to their look at BetaBotz in 2016, the creators of this game are in a much better place now.
  • Genius Games: An in-depth look at these creators of "hard science games," educational games and books that intentionally are not labeled as such.
  • Growing Popularity of 2-Player Games: Multiplayer games are ever in higher demand, and at this year's show, there was more than a handful of fun or promising games being shown. Here's a look at three of the most interesting.

In addition to this main Origins feature, look for a followup feature in the near future on some must-play multiplayer tabletop games.
