Utawarerumono: Mask of Deception Review

I can't even get my head around how you'd pronounce this title, but Utawarerumono: Mask of Deception has a strong following in Japan. It's taken nearly two years to get here, but we finally got this game back in May. The series is known for combining Strategy RPG elements with Visual Novel storytelling.

The sequel is due out next month, Utawarerumono: Mask of Truth, so to tide you over until then, newest recruit Nathan Lee has written a review of the first game. See what he thought about it after the jump!
