New Details on Dusk Form Lycanroc from Pokemon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon Emerge
But what is this game? Tell us, Game Freak!
08.11.17 - 9:35 PM

Details on Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon have been scant, which is unusual for Game Freak and the Pokémon Company, especially as we draw nearer to the game's release later this year. Still, the latest (potentially last?) 3DS entries in the franchise does have at least one new trick up its sleeve: the previously announced Dusk Form Lycanroc, which will be available via a special distribution. Read on for more information and a brief trailer.

Dusk Form Lycanroc takes design cues from both it's Midday and Midnight forms: it's a Rock-type Pokémon that specializes in close-quarters combat, and can learn both Accelerock and Counter. It has the Ability Tough Claws, which increases the power of moves that make direct contact. Dusk Form Lycanroc will not be available in-game in Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon, but rather through a special distribution via Nintendo Network, similar to the Munchlax from last year. From November 17th, 2017 through January 10th, 2018, players will be able to download a special Rockruff that will evolve into Dusk Form Lycanroc.

Stay tuned to RPGFan for more information on Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon.
