Videogame Inspired Charity Album Anireal Now Available
A musical journey from child abuse to recovery.
10.16.17 - 3:47 PM

While not an RPG related album, Calbert "Schematist" Warner's Anireal is a musical project worth taking time to hear, especially with themes of abuse and recovery at its nucleus. Anireal's story describes game producer Jessica Fong's journey through abuse and recovery, highlighting turning points throughout the album until she finds her sense of self by the last track, "Anireal." Also lending their talents to emotionally drive key tracks, "Recovery" and "Anireal," is vocalist Carmen Lookshire.

The story and musical journey are reason enough to check out Anireal, but what's also special about this album is that proceeds are donated to helping those on their own journey to recovery through the organization New York Center for Children.

Anireal is available for sale at Bandcamp, iTunes, and Spotify.
