Stupid Daylight Savings Time.
11.11.17 - 8:19 PM

Daylight Savings Time, for me, is the day that you know winter is right around the corner. It is maybe is the worst day of the year, since it gets dark earlier, and the weather gets colder. Let's be real; no one actually likes that stuff. Ok, maybe some people do, but luckily we have the cure for those with the earlier winter blues: reviews from Adam Luhrs, Caitlin Argyros, and Bob Richardson, a preview from Robert Fenner, and news stories from Peter Triezenberg.

One of the most fun games that I have enjoyed over the past few years was Divinity: Original Sin. The game was great, by all accounts, and now a sequel has rolled out for everyone to enjoy. Best of all, you can now play it with your friends with the awesome dungeon master mode. If you still need convincing to pick up this fantastic game, then check out Bob Richardson's review.

This year has been packed full of open-world RPGs. One of the best was Horizon Zero Dawn, and of course, it goes without saying that a game this good would see some DLC added to it. Caitlin Argyros has you covered if you are curious how that turned out. Hopefully, Aloy's adventures will continue in more DLC or maybe a sequel in the future.

Every game has to have some big bad guys to overcome, and sometimes players get attached to certain evil organizations and villains. These villains and organizations will often be welcomed back with open arms by their fanbase, and it seems Pokémon is about to do the same with Team Rocket returning in the new Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon. Oh, and they are not alone this time around, because it looks like they are bringing back all the past villains as well. Good luck Mr. Hero!

I personally love acoustic arrangements of my favorite songs and musical pieces. It adds a nice touch to a classic favorite and can make you appreciate a song all over again. If you are a Final Fantasy VI fan, then you're in luck as an amazing acoustic arrangement album is available, and Adam Luhrs has the details in his review.

Code Vein is truly the Dark Souls of anime-inspired games! No, it really is, I'm not just meme-ing here! It will be some time until Code Vein releases, but Robert Fenner got a chance to sit down for a bit and play a demo of the anticipated title. So check out his early thoughts on the game and if it's worthy of your attention in the future.
