New Trailer for Pokkén Tournament DX's Latest Fighter, Aegislash, Has Landed
Will it sharpen your excitement, or leave you feeling cut down?
02.02.18 - 10:00 PM

The Pokémon Company has released a new trailer showing off the newest addition to Pokémon fighting game Pokkén Tournament DX! As part of the first wave of paid downloadable content being added to the game, the Royal Sword Pokémon, Aegislash, has joined the battle all the way from the Kalos region. This fighter can assume three vastly different forms which will create new approaches to both battling with, and against, this fearsome blade. Check out the trailer below to see Aegislash in action!

In addition to Aegislash, players who purchase the Battle Pack downloadable content for the game can look forward to two new support characters, Mega Rayquaza and Mimikyu, as well as new avatar items such as clothing.

Players can look forward to adding the much beloved Blastoise to their playable roster, along with two additional support characters, Mew and Celebi, and even more avatar items. The Battle Pack content can be purchased now through the Nintendo Switch eShop.
