NISA To Bring Fantasy RPG Fallen Legion: Rise to Glory to Nintendo Switch Later This Year 2D artwork always looks so sublime! 02.12.18 - 11:16 AM
NIS America has announced, at their annual press event, that Fallen Legion: Rise to Glory will be coming to the Nintendo Switch in both North America and Europe later this year, on May 29th and June 1st respectively.
Developed by YummyYummyTummy, Fallen Legion: Rise to Glory will chronicle the entire story of two protagonists known as Legatus Laendur and Princess Cecille, in their pursuits and aims to change the fate of their kingdom Fenumia.
Players will be able to choose which protagonist they follow, changing the scope and plot of the game, with Princess Cecille starring in Fallen Legion: Sins of an Empire, and Laendur in Fallen Legion: Flames of Rebellion. Battles will be in real-time, with players controlling four party members simultaneously, actively seeking to chain systems together to unleash powerful combos. The battle system can be seen at work in an official trailer, heralding Fallen Legion's release on the Nintendo Switch. Check it out below!
Thrilling combos and a story teeming with intrigue await players later this year, it seems. Personally, I'm ecstatic for any Nintendo Switch titles I can get my hands on, doubly so if they're JRPGs.
