Mega Evolution Takes Battles to a New Level in Pokémon: Let's Go, Pikachu and Eevee!
Prepare for trouble...
08.11.18 - 11:40 PM

With just months to go until the release of Pokémon: Let's Go, Pikachu! and Pokémon: Let's Go, Eevee!, two new trailers have revealed plenty of thrilling details about this pair of highly anticipated games. In addition to giving a first look at fully upgraded realizations of memorable moments such as standing aboard the S.S. Anne or battling with Lieutenant Surge in Vermillion City, the trailer also reveals that Mega Evolution will be making its return. While the English trailer focuses more on a stroll around Vermillion City's beautiful sights, the Japanese trailer shows off the excitement of battle. You can check out both trailers below to catch all of the action first-hand!

As it did when it debuted in Pokémon X and Pokémon Y, Mega Evolution will allow players to take their Pokémon battles to a new level. By utilizing Mega Evolution, players can change their partner Pokémon's base stats, type, and abilities. Additionally, players will be able to choose between Mega Charizard X and Mega Charizard Y when firing up a heated battle.

Look forward to exploring a re-imagined Kanto region when Pokémon: Let's Go, Pikachu! and Pokémon: Let's Go, Eevee! launch on November 16th!
