09.21.18 - 10:49 PM

Earlier this month during a Nintendo Direct, Square Enix revealed an updated re-release of their adorable RPG World of Final Fantasy, entitled World of Final Fantasy Maxima. While we received a bit of new information during the Direct, during this years Tokyo Game Show, we received a brand new trailer for the game, showing off even more of the new features!

Along with a host of new mirages, the biggest feature by far is the new Avatar Change System, allowing players to swap out protagonists Lann and Rinn with other characters from the Final Fantasy series, like Noctis from Final Fantasy XV and Yuna from Final Fantasy X. With such a big customization feature, it'll be interesting to see how players will build their teams around these new characters.

World of Final Fantasy Maxima is set to release on November 6th for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC via Steam. Stay tuned to RPGFan for more news and info on World of Final Fantasy Maxima!
