Monolith Soft, famous for the development of Xenoblade Chronicles and its sequels, is hiring a large number of staff for their 1st Production department for help and development for an as-yet-unrevealed RPG Project.

The 1st Production department is seeking a number of roles, including programmers (character control programmers, A.I programmers, and graphics programmers), planners (level designers), technical artists (modeling TA, animation TA, and effects TA), management and support staff (production assistants and event production management and, lastly, designers (character designers for art staff, character modelers, script event creators, in-game animators, and map modelers). The full listing can be scoped out here, if you're curious!

Personally, anything that this team does, I'm on board for, and I hope that we get info about their upcoming RPG project soon.
