Fred White, PSO2 TEAM North America's Marketing said this about the game's PC release:

"We're thrilled to announce the long-awaited arrival on PC. There's a loud and passionate PC fanbase who has been patiently waiting for the North American version — we can't wait to welcome them in. There will be login bonuses waiting for them with more surprises planned in the coming months."

With over 3 years of content and all quality-of-life updates from the Japanese version, Phantasy Star Online 2 also includes fully localized text and an English dub. Furthermore, the Xbox One and PC releases will feature cross-platform play, allowing you to team up with your friends through various missions on either of the platforms you choose.

Phantasy Star Online 2 is currently available on Xbox One and is in the midst of its first collaboration event in North America: Hatsune Miku. Using Arks Cash Scratch Tickets, you can unlock collaborative clothing and accessories of Hatsune Miku along with other vocaloids Megurine Luka, Kagamine Rin and Len.
