Sorcerian had some of the best songs in its original soundtrack, and this album really lets them shine. Disc one is 18 tracks of special arrange version. As usual, the synth and arrangements are fantastic. I don't think there is a single track on disk one that I skip when I play this CD.

Disc two starts has three vocal version tracks. I tend not to like vocal tracks very much, but track 1 on disc two is the opening theme sung in scat, which is pretty interesting. Fans of vocal songs may also like the second and third tracks, but I really can't get into vocal music very well. Next comes three of Michio Fujisawa's New Age Version Arrangements, which are the stars of the second disc. Here, Fujisawa uses a guitar to go along with the standard strings and piano. The two super arrange tracks are fantastic as well. The final track is Ryo Yonemitsu's Sorcerian Mega Mix, a seven and a half minute Sorcerian rock/dance medley.

This is a great album. It was published in 1991, so it is difficult to find, but comes on eBay occasionally. If you see it, I recommend you try to win it. You will not be sorry.
