The opening and ending themes of Summon Night 4 are, apparently, the only tracks that Chiaki Fujita wrote for this installment of the series. How'd they turn out? Surprisingly, not too great.

"NEVERLAND" is a good song with a catchy instrumental riff and decent vocals. It works well as an opening theme, and you may find that you like it. But compared to past work by Fujita-san, it just isn't up to snuff. As for the ending theme, "Shiawase no Tane" (Seed of Happiness), it is without a doubt one of the most generic and boring ending themes ever written for a Flight-Plan game. Yikes.

Though the OST is good, I would not recommend this particular opening/ending single, especially because the tracks are found in full on the OST as well.
