| Call me James. As a longtime gamer and forum troller, I was delighted to get the opportunity to become an editor for RPGFan. I am one of many nerdy Westerners who lives in Japan partly due to an obsession with video games and anime. I also write science fiction, study Japanese, and make punch in my spare time. (settle down ladies) I specialize in JRPGs and strategy games, and I follow industry news on Japanese game sites and magazines. My favorite developers are Tri-Ace, Nippon Ichi, and Level 5, to name a few. Living in Japan has shown me just how much Western gamers have missed, particularly in the RPG market. Hopefully my work can help remedy this. |
