Phantasy Star Online 2 Confirmed for Steam

We’re slowly getting a clearer picture on Phantasy Star Online 2’s platforms in North America! Though a Windows 10 version was previously announced alongside the Xbox One version, a Steam release has been revealed through the game’s online manual.

Starting February 7th to the 9th, a closed beta will be available for the Xbox One version. No other platforms have been confirmed at this time. However, during E3 2019, Xbox’s Phil Spencer did mention that the game would be available on “all platforms” at some point.

Phantasy Star Online 2 is currently available in Japan for PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, Nintendo Switch, and PC. The Windows 10 PC and Xbox One versions are expected to release in North America sometime this spring. Stay tuned to RPGFan as we learn more about this highly anticipated release in the West!
