Shark RPG Maneater Gets Final Developer Diary, Launches Late May

Tripwire Interactive has released a final developer diary for the upcoming action-RPG Maneater, where players take on the role of a shark, chronicling its story from birth to the unknown, as it gets bigger, stronger and faster upon the seas it roams. The developer diary, titled The Final Countdown, showcases the developers talking about Maneater, and its promises to players in terms of story, gameplay, environmental design and more. Check it out below!

Touted as an open-world action-RPG, it seems like Maneater is chock a block full of adventure through the world of humanity, as a shark that players will continuously refine, upgrade and aesthetically evolve to their personal tastes and playstyles.

Maneater is set to launch on May 22nd for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows PC systems, via the Epic Games store. A Nintendo Switch version will launch later this year, though no exact release date has been given.
