Thimbleweed Park Expands With Free Mini Sequel

Thimbleweed Park‘s creator Ron Gilbert has returned with a mini-sequel titled Delores: A Thimbleweed Park Mini-Adventure. Coming in at 52 MB the game is a bite-sized adventure featuring the character Dolores on her journey as a photographer for Nickel News. Check out the trailer below.

The retro-inspired title was originally designed as a prototype for Gilbert’s upcoming game engine, but turned into a mini-sequel for Thimbleweed Park after the COVID-19 lockdown took place. According to a blog post, Gilbert decided to create the sequel using existing assets and remixing them into a supplemental title to the original game.

Delores: A Thimbleweed Park Mini-Adventure is now available to download on Steam and Epic Games Store.
