Cris Tales Dated for November, Plus New Trailer and Next-Gen Platforms Confirmed

A screenshot of a battle in Cris Tales, where the protagonists fight against a monstrous wolf with white fur entangled with moss and greenery.

One of our favorite indie games at E3 2019 was Cris Tales, a stunning game with turn-based RPG combat inspired by the likes of Chrono Trigger, Valkyrie Profile, Persona 5, and more. While the first thing you’ll notice about Cris Tales is THAT ARTWORK, one of its most unique gameplay twists is the ability to view the past, present, and future all at once on screen, and see how your choices affect the world around you across time. It’s a fascinating concept, and we can’t wait to play it.

Which makes the newly-updated demo even more vital to check out! During some of today’s gaming events/streams, publisher Modus Games revealed the long-awaited release date for Cris Tales: November 17th! That’s when we should be able to play the game on PS4, Xbox One, Switch, Windows via Steam, and even Google Stadia. In addition, Cris Tales will eventually also be coming to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X.

But that’s enough from me! Check out the brand-new trailer now and understand the excitement:
