Sword Art Online Alicization Lycoris Showcases Its Battle System In New Trailer

Bandai Namco Entertainment America has released a new trailer for Sword Art Online Alicization Lycoris, a party-based action RPG set within the world of the Sword Art Online franchise. The trailer focuses on the game’s battle system in brief but exacting detail, showcasing guard-based parries, its party system, skill trees, and more. Check it out below!

Sword Art Online Alicization Lycoris is set to adapt the Alicization arc of the Sword Art Online anime, where long-standing protagonist Kirito awakes within a new virtual world, familiar in ways just beyond comprehension and where AIs act like humans. Within this world, Kirito meets a young man named Eugeo, and a promise is struck between the two of them, the fulfilment of that promise bringing a grand call to adventure.

Sword Art Online Alicization Lycoris will launch on July 10th for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows PC systems.
