Digital Sun Games and 11 bit studios have announced that an iOS version of action-RPG Moonlighter will release on November 19th, and is priced at $11.99 (USD) and €12.99 (EUR) respectively. Check out an iOS-specific trailer, showcasing footage from the mobile version, below!

The iOS version of Moonlighter will contain both its main campaign and DLC and will translate controller and mouse and keyboard movement into a control scheme centred on swiping and tapping to both move and dash. Elements of the user interface have also been both resized and changed to accommodate for touchscreen play. Alongside the platform change, Digital Sun Games has also confirmed that rebalancing of both enemy behaviours and in-game statistics within this version of Moonlighter has also been completed, presumably to create a smoother experience for players looking to play Moonlighter on mobile devices.

Originally released in 2018, Moonlighter tells the story of shopkeeper and explorer Will as he explores the depths of inter-dimensional dungeons known as Gates, bringing back loot and salvage, which he can sell within the Moonlighter, his store and an apt describer of his own (non-existent) sleeping patterns. With the money made from his multiple sojourns into the Gates, players can help rebuild and reinfuse the town of Rynoka where Will hails from, and where the Moonlighter stands, and uncover the mysteries that the Gates provide.
