Mistwalker Releases Three Behind-The-Scenes Videos For Fantasian

Fantasian Key Art

If you’ve been following Fantasian, then you’re in for a treat this week: Developer Mistwalker has released three in-depth behind-the-scenes videos for fans to enjoy!

The first is a look at the composition of “Theme of Kina,” one of the principle characters from the game, showing both in-game footage around Kina’s character, and the live-action process with Nobuo Uematsu and his band. The second is an interview with Uematsu himself, covering the larger scope of Fantasian‘s soundtrack and how the composer has been approaching it. Lastly, a piano solo set to high-res key art and promotional illustrations from the game.

Fantasian will be released in two parts on Apple Arcade (which supports iPhone, iPad, macOS, and Apple TV devices), the first of which is expected soon, as it is a featured title in the App Store. The first part is expected to clock in at 20–30 hours of playtime. The second half is planned to release in the second half of 2021.
