We here at RPGFan are big fans of Phantasy Star. We’re also really into Yakuza (the game series, not the organization, despite those rumors of what Quinton gets up to on the weekends). So we’re excited to report on the recent SEGA Legacy II collaboration that recently began in Phantasy Star Online 2, which allows players to obtain exclusive rewards based on their favorite Sega properties via in-game scratch tickets.
Drawing a scratch ticket will give players a random chance to receive a random outfit, accessory, or consumable item. The items you can obtain are based on fan-favorite series like Yakuza, 7th Dragon, Space Channel 5, and more. You can find additional information on Phantasy Star Online 2‘s official website.
“We at PSO2 Team Global are huge fans of other SEGA games as well. They have given us so many amazing games over the years. We’re excited to have the chance to honor some of their iconic titles through the SEGA Legacy II Scratch Ticket Collection,” says SEGA’s Fred White. You can see a few images of the available rewards down below.
