Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope Officially Unveiled During Ubisoft Forward Event

After being leaked prior to their event, Ubisoft officially revealed Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope during their Ubisoft Forward livestream. A sequel to Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle, Sparks of Hope takes the XCOM-inspired SRPG shenanigans to a more galactic setting.

Here’s the cinematic reveal trailer for your viewing pleasure!

Mario and his friends will have to contend with the mysterious evil entity Cursa, who is wreaking havoc across the universe. New to this title are the eponymous Sparks, nightmarish abominations helpful companions created by merging Rabbids with Lumas. Cursa seeks to devour the little tykes, so Mario and company will have to utilize their unique capabilities to fight back.
