Get ready to return to the Sinnoh region in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl, the upcoming Nintendo Switch remakes of the original Generation 4 titles for the Nintendo DS. During their recent Pokémon Presents livestream, Nintendo and The Pokémon Company showed off a new trailer for the game, which includes a closer look at some of the features fans can look forward to.

Check out the trailer below!

There’s a lot to take in in this trailer, but what’s most exciting (for nerds like me) is the return of both trainer customization and follower Pokémon! This customization goes a step further still with the Capsule Decoration system, allowing players to place stickers on a Poké Ball to create custom animations in battle (see above around 1:10).

Additionally, players can once again explore the vast underground caverns of Sinnoh in search of treasure, interact with other players in the Union Room, and take place in Super Contest Shows alongside their most dashing Pokémon. See several new artworks and screenshots below with much more on our Pokémon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl game page!
