Are you a fan of Makai Kingdom or ZHP: Unlosing Ranger vs Darkdeath Evilman, or just missed them when they released over a decade ago? Well good news! Both games are being bound to each other in an unholy ritual of delightful rerelease as part of Prinny Presents NIS Classics Volume 2!
Like Volume 1, both games will feature upscaled graphics and include the original Japanese audio track as an option alongside the English dub!
Makai Kingdom: Reclaimed and Rebound is a strategy RPG that centres around the self-centred Lord Zetta, who plans to retake the Netherworld with an army of otherworldly creatures at his disposal. This new release includes a “Petta” mode, which features a new storyline for players to experience.
ZHP: Unlosing Ranger vs Darkdeath Evilman is a customized sentai hero (think Power Rangers, if you’re unfamiliar), with a heavy focus on strategy RPG combat and cosplaying to improve your loadout.
The collection is available as a limited edition which includes both games, a hardcover artbook, soundtrack, acrylic standees for either game, and a collector’s box to wrap it all in.
Prinny Presents NIS Classics Volume 2 is headed to Nintendo Switch in the Spring of 2022! Preorders are available now via the NIS America Online Store.
