Tales of Luminaria Launches on iOS and Android with Gameplay Trailer

Intro card for Tales of Luminaria Gameplay Trailer

The Tales series returns to Android and iOS with Tales of Luminaria, which released on November 4th.

The game’s story follows 21 characters with their own viewpoints and perspectives. Bandai Namco plans to add more to the narrative over the game’s life through an episodic structure. The trailer features a surprising amount of English voice over; whether or not this frequency is carried into the game itself remains to be seen. Initial impressions on Google Play seem mixed, owing to performance issues and how the title uses the screen for camera and controls. Combat and exploration is a tap and swipe affair and the screen is locked to Portrait mode.

Tales of Luminaria is available on Android and iOS devices. Check out the official website for more information.

Music is one of the most vital parts of any game to him; so even if the gameplay or story doesn't age well or hold up, the soundtrack can leave a positive impression. Games aside, he loves science fiction and fantasy films and has a knack for podcasts. Steven also lives with (maybe) never enough cats.
