New Riot Forge Showcase Included Surprise Release of League of Legends Spin-Off Ruined King

Riot Forge, a publishing arm of Riot Games, had a showcase stream on November 16th that gave several looks at upcoming titles coming to Nintendo Switch. Among them was Ruined King: A League of Legends Story that was first teased back in December 2019 and surprisingly was released the same day. Along with a launch trailer, the stream also had some discussion from developers talking about the game’s world, characters, and gameplay. Watch both below:


After League of Legends‘ launch in 2009, its world is finally being fleshed out with new stories through Riot Forge; this initiative looks to start off strong. Ruined King is available now digitally or as a Collector’s Edition.
