Yacht Club Games is digging up a new game! Known for their hit game Shovel Knight, the company announced Mina the Hollower, an action adventure game inspired by classic handheld games, in a new Kickstarter campaign.

Check out Mina’s adventures in the announcement trailer below:

If you are short on cash to support the campaign, don’t worry: Mina the Hollower already achieved its $311,503 and then some (as of this writing, they have doubled their goal)! However, you still have time to purchase most of their pledges except for the NPC Director, Assistant Director, and Director for a Day pledges; those are sold out. And of course there are stretch goals, but most are mysteries for now, aside from the two revealed: cheat codes and a sound test for listening to that Jake Kaufman music.

About Mina the Hollower:

Descend into a frightful world of action-adventure in Mina the Hollower. Take control of Mina, a renowned Hollower hurtled into a desperate mission to rescue a cursed island. Burrow beneath hazards and monsters, whip foes into oblivion, and gear up with an arsenal of sidearms and trinkets.

Explore a vast world filled with pixel-perfect graphics, masterful gameplay, beastly bosses, and infectious music. Encounter a cast of bizarre characters, search out secrets in an array of exotic locales, and illuminate the omnipresent darkness in Mina the Hollower, a brand new game from the developers who brought you Shovel Knight!

Mina the Hollower will potentially be released on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam, though platforms are subject to change. Stay tuned to RPGFan as we learn more!
