Nintendo has delayed the launch of Advance Wars 1+2 Re-Boot Camp “in light of recent events,” with no new release date announced. The remakes of the first two games in the series were due out on April 8th.
Remarkably, this is the second time that the Advance Wars franchise has undergone a delay because of real life turbulence. The original game’s release in Europe and Japan ended up being postponed over the September 11 attacks.
The eShop’s payment operator recently stopped processing Russian rubles, which means that Nintendo is currently unable to make digital sales in the country.
