In the lead-up to Crystar‘s upcoming March 29th release on Nintendo Switch, NIS organized a Q&A session with some of the game’s English voice cast. This includes Brianna Knickerbocker, who portrays lead character Rei Hatada, and Laura Post, the actress behind main antagonist Anamnesis. The five talk about their journeys portraying characters who, as you might expect, shed tears quite a lot. We get some insight into the challenges they faced and tricks they employed during the voice acting process, and they answer a few fun questions at the end. You really get a sense of the camaraderie between the castmates here, so I’d say it’s worth a watch below.
The action RPG Crystar originally came out West in 2019 for PS4 and PC, and it’s getting a second chance to get you all misty-eyed with this new Switch port. Why not check out the trailer or read our review of the original release if you’d like to know our thoughts? Hey, the music’s great, and I can’t fault the devs’ ambition for a first project. Stay with RPGFan for updates as they come!
