Made in Abyss: Binary Star Falling into Darkness Launches in North America and Europe in Fall 2022

When you look in an abyss, the abyss…provides you a release window. Spike Chunsoft announced that Made in Abyss: Binary Star Falling into Darkness, based on the popular manga and anime, releases in North America and Europe during Fall 2022.

Spike Chunsoft also announced a Collector’s Edition that includes:

• Exclusive new art by Kinema Citrus, the same team behind the Made in Abyss anime, on a 24″x36″ cloth poster
• Cave-Raiding Notebook that includes information on primeval creatures, Relics, Whistles and pages for your own notes.
• A Collector’s Edition Outer Box
• A copy of the game for either PlayStation 4 or Nintendo Switch

Physical copies for the European version will be published by Numskull Games.

Made in Abyss: Binary Star Falling into Darkness is a 3D Action RPG in which players themselves descend into the world of the Abyss and grow through their experience in its depths. In addition to a story mode in which players can relive the story of the anime while learning the basic system and how to progress in the game, there is also an original story supervised by series author, Akihito Tsukushi. Many characters from Made in Abyss appear, and event scenes are fully-voiced by the cast from the anime.
