Square Enix and Luminous Productions’ Forspoken has been delayed again, this time until January 24th, 2023. This was announced via Twitter, and is due to “ongoing discussions with key partners.” Or, as I choose to read it, 2022’s release schedule is packed and we want to give this title some breathing room!

You can read the Tweet down below!

Personally, I’m kind of relieved by this announcement. This title looks promising, and as the man once said, a delayed game is eventually good, while a bad game is bad forever! Hopefully this delay gives the developers more time to polish things up, and me more time to clear my backlog.

For more information (and to pre-order the game!), be sure to head on over to Forspoken‘s official website. Stay tuned to RPGFan for more coverage of your favorite games!
