Ooblets Hits 1.0 on September 1st; Physical Edition Revealed

Glumberland has announced that Ooblets will launch into version 1.0 on September 1st for Nintendo Switch, Xbox, and PC via the Epic Games Store! The title originally released into Early Access on Xbox and PC in the summer of 2020, but 1.0 marks the first time the game will be available on Switch.

Ooblets has grown immensely since its Early Access release in the summer of 2020, with new regions, ooblets, crops, story content, systems, and many quality of life updates already released for Early Access players….. The 1.0 release of Ooblets will include everything previously released as well as multiple new locations to visit, new quests/clothes/ooblets, and the conclusion to the game’s main storyline.

Ooblets Physical Edition

Glumberland has also revealed that they’ve teamed up with popular merchandiser Fangamer to publish a physical Switch release! It’ll have a whole bunch of extras including:

  • Foldout map of Badgetown
  • Postcard style art prints
  • Bonus sticker sheet (only included in preorder copies)

The physical edition is available to pre-order now via Fangamer at $34.00 USD. For those of you outside of the United States, Glumberland has confirmed that the physical edition will be available worldwide through other retailers. As of the time of writing, specific names have not been announced.

Ooblets is set to launch into version 1.0 on September 1st. The title will cost $29.99 USD/£26.99 GBP and will be available on Nintendo Switch, Xbox, and PC via EGS.
