It wasn’t long ago when the PlayStation trophy list for Front Mission 1st: Remake leaked on Exophase. Fans outside the Switch platform won’t have to wait any longer as developer MegaPixel Studio and publisher Forever Entertainment have confirmed that the game is also coming on June 30th to PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC via Steam, the Epic Games Store, and GOG for $34.99 USD.

Preview the announcement of Front Mission 1st: Remake‘s new platforms in the video below:

The PC demo is up and available for download on Steam. It’s important to note that any progress made will be carried over to the full launch of the game. If the demo isn’t still enough to convince you to give this franchise a try, Abe’s Switch remake experience of the tactical SRPG might do so.

On the other hand, Forever Entertainment appears to be taking its time to ensure the quality of Front Mission 2: Remake, given the recent announcement that it has been “indefinitely delayed”. With the first remake arriving soon on most platforms—fingers crossed—we can probably expect that the succeeding games will also receive the same treatment.

Visit the official Steam page to learn more about the game and the PC system requirements. Stay tuned to RPGFan for more updates regarding this classic mecha series.
