During the recent Like a Dragon Direct, developer Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio and publisher SEGA revealed a January 26th, 2024, debut date for Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth. The latest entry in the series will launch physically and digitally for the PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC via Steam and the Microsoft Store.
Last month, RGG Studio announced that LaD: Gaiden will have a special trial version of Infinite Wealth. We’ve seen that the trial appears to give us a preview of former lead character Kazuma Kiryu joining forces with Ichiban Kasuga, our current main protagonist. This RGG showcase has made it official that players will also be able to control Kiryu alongside Ichiban in Hawaii.
RGG Studio also revealed that the new character Dwight, the captain of the Barracudas, would be voiced by famed actor Danny Trejo. On top of that, Daniel Dae Kim, another big-time American actor, will play yakuza leader Masataka Eniba.
A bunch of fun mini-games, a new game mode, a combat system overhaul, and fresh character jobs to switch around are just some of the new things to expect in Infinite Wealth. More details and key features are highlighted below.
