While the Xenosagaseries ended back in 2006, its poster child KOS-MOS has lived on in a multitude of cameo appearances over the years. In her latest appearance, KOS-MOS joins the cast of Tales of the Rays, a mobile game that includes characters from many of the Tales of games from Bandai Namco. Her original voice actor, Mariko Suzuki, reprises her role for the crossover.
Check out KOS-MOS in Tales of the Rays below:
Along with KOS-MOS, the Tales of the Rays event, titled Xenosaga Episode III: Another Protocol, features Xenosaga character outfits worn by Tales of alumni. The crossover costumes include Velvet from Tales of Berseria dressed up as T-elos, Laphicet from Berseria dressed as chaos, and Kanonno Earhart from Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology 2 dressed as MOMO.
Unfortunately for players wanting to try the Xenosaga Episode III: Another Protocol event, the global version of Tales of the Rays shut down for Android and iOS devices in May 2018. But if you want to play a game featuring KOS-MOS, you still have several options. Now, if only I could suggest the Xenosaga games themselves on current platforms, but they are still stuck on PlayStation 2. But I totally recommend playing them.
